Participation in a group
All Co-op decisions are made be
the General Meetings which all members are required
to attend. In addition to the GM's members of the
Co-op are
expected to participate in a group or groups to help
run the Co-operative.
Without member participation Hawmic cannot run effectively.
New members will be asked at their interview which group they would like to become involved with. After ratification the Group Officer will contact the member and advise how they can help and when a meeting of the Group will take place.
